What the trial includes
The trial is not a demonstration in a sample room: AURA works in every room, with the functions of the chosen plan, for thirty days. There is no fee for the whole month.
It applies to all three plans, Base, Business and Business Plus. What each one does is explained on the page the plans compared.
Installation
The devices are installed in every room in a few days, without touching the systems the property uses. The staff receive the management panel, where they enter the information and recommendations AURA will use to answer.
On the Business and Business Plus plans AURA connects to the PMS. If the PMS is not yet among those connected, we make the connection and it takes a few more weeks to implement.
During the thirty days
Guests talk to AURA as they would to a person, in their own language and at any hour. AURA handles simple questions on its own; those that need someone reach the staff and stay tracked until they are closed.

- Paid requests arrive ready to be fulfilled
- If a device breaks we replace it
The final report
At the end of the month the property receives the report: the requests handled by AURA and the services sold through it. It is a picture of what guests really ask, at what time, and how much work has moved from the desk to AURA.
Deciding on your own numbers
With the report in hand the decision is made on the property's own numbers, not on a presentation. If AURA convinces you, you continue with the chosen plan: the devices remain Auralink's property, included in the fee together with installation and maintenance, and the subscription can be stopped whenever you want.
If it does not convince you, we remove everything at no cost.
