How we work
We measure before, we measure after
Every network starts with signal and speed measurements in every room and ends with the same measurements repeated at the final testing. In between there is a design, a single offer and a coordinated installation, with one point of contact.

One point of contact, from start to finish
A network in a building usually involves several parties: whoever designs it, whoever sells the devices, whoever lays the cables, whoever configures it. When something does not work, each one points to the next.
We follow the network ourselves: we design it, supply the materials and carry out the final testing. For the installation we work with partner crews that we coordinate. Whoever calls us has a single contact, from the first site survey to the last report.
The site survey: measuring before designing
We visit the building and measure the network that is there: signal and speed, room by room. These measurements are the starting point of the design and, at the end, the benchmark for the final testing. We leave you the results.
During the site survey we also look at how the building is made: where there are existing conduits, where the fibre will be fixed to the wall, where to put the central devices and whether a UPS is worth planning to protect the network from a power cut.
The design: route, materials, timing
With the measurements in hand we trace the fibre route, from the central point to every room, and define materials and timing. For a complex with several buildings the design takes distance into account: fibre reaches 950 metres with a single cable, so a single central point is often enough for everything.
The design also states which services will run on the fibre: internet, television, telephone and building systems can travel on the same cable, each separate from the others.
The quote, line by line
The cost of a network depends on how many rooms need connecting, how the building is made and how the network has to be configured. That is why the quote comes after the site survey and not before.
In the quote every activity has its own line: you can see what the design, the devices, the materials, the installation and the final testing cost, and discuss each one.
Supply and installation
We supply devices and materials ourselves, in a single offer: there are no separate orders to coordinate and no components to make work together.
The installation is carried out by partner crews coordinated by us, out of hours too. The fibre is fixed to the wall or run through existing conduits, with no chases and no dust, so the building keeps working. The details are on the page installation without building work.
Final testing and the report
Once the installation is finished we repeat the site survey measurements in every room: signal, speed and the handover of the connection from one access point to the next as you move.
The report compares the initial measurements with the final ones, room by room. It is the document that shows, with numbers, what has changed.
What people ask us
about the site survey?
-
The results of the measurements taken in every room and the quote, with a separate line for each activity.
-
Partner crews that we coordinate. There is still one point of contact: we follow design, supply and final testing ourselves.
-
The comparison between the initial and final measurements, room by room: signal, speed and the handover of the connection from one access point to the next.
